Program description
Radiant Health and Hormone Therapy, PLLC operates a text messaging program for people who have asked to hear from us. Depending on what you opted in to, messages may include:
- Follow-up about a consultation or service you inquired about, including Sofwave, EmFace, Emsella, Emsculpt, hormone therapy, and functional wellness
- Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
- Answers to questions you have asked us
- News, special offers, events, and promotions from Radiant Health
How you opt in
You are added to our text messaging program only when you take a clear, affirmative action to join. That happens when you:
- Check the optional box consenting to receive text messages on a form on radiantht.com or on one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, and submit that form; or
- Text a keyword or reply to us directly asking to be contacted by text; or
- Give verbal consent to a member of our staff to text you, which we record in your file.
The consent box is unchecked by default. Checking it is optional.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, treatment, or receiving any service from Radiant Health. You can request an appointment, become a patient, and buy any service without agreeing to receive text messages. If you do not check the box, we simply will not text you.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You will typically receive up to 4 messages per month. If you are actively corresponding with us about scheduling, you may receive more during that period.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Radiant Health does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply. Contact your carrier with questions about your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. We will send one confirmation message and will not send you further messages. You may also opt out by calling 605-604-0200 or emailing admin@radiantht.com.

Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
